90-Day Launch™ Guarantee: Terms

The short version

Do the work, on time, for 90 days. If you still have no pending or funded deal at the end, ask within 14 days and we refund you in full.

We built the program this way because the agents who follow the plan are the ones who get their first deal. The guarantee rewards the effort that gets results.

Who qualifies

You qualify for a full refund when all four of these are true:

  1. You completed every required activity in the program, each one by its due date. Every activity and due date is listed in your course in Moodle from day one, and Moodle records when you complete it.
  2. You have no pending or funded deal within your 90 days (defined below).
  3. You submit your refund request within 14 days after your 90 days end.
  4. You have not received a refund under this guarantee before. One refund per person.

When your 90 days start

Your 90 days start on the date you are both registered with a brokerage (mortgage) or contracted with an MGA or carrier (life) and have attended your first weekly Launch session, whichever of those happens later.

This means you can enrol before you pass your exam without losing any of your 90 days. Your clock starts when you can actually do business.

When you are registered or contracted, confirm it in your course in Moodle. Your start date and end date will show there.

What counts as a deal

If you have one or more of either during your 90 days, the guarantee does not apply. That's good news: it means the program is working.

How to request a refund

Email support@remic.ca within 14 days after your 90 days end, with the subject line "90-Day Launch Guarantee." Include:

  • Your full name and the email you enrolled with
  • Your start date, as shown in Moodle
  • This statement:

    "I completed every required activity by its due date, and I have not submitted or funded a mortgage application (or submitted or placed a life insurance policy) since my start date."

We check your completion record in Moodle and reply within 5 business days. We may ask for reasonable confirmation of your declaration, such as a note from your brokerage or MGA.

Requests sent after the 14-day window, or during your 90 days, cannot be accepted.

What happens after a refund

  • We refund the course fee you paid, to your original payment method, within 10 business days of approval.
  • Your access to the course, the Cait practice lab, the workbook downloads and the recordings ends when the refund is issued.
  • You won't receive a certificate of completion.

Other terms

  • This guarantee covers the 90-Day Launch™ program only. It does not cover licensing courses, CE courses or any other REMIC program.
  • This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law, and does not limit them.
  • REMIC may update these terms for future enrolments. The terms in place on the day you enrolled apply to you.

Common questions

Can I enrol before I pass my exam?

Yes. Your 90 days don't start until you're registered with a brokerage (or contracted with an MGA or carrier for life) and you've attended your first live session. Enrol now, and start the clock when you're ready to do business.

Is this for mortgage agents or life insurance agents?

Both. Everyone takes the shared lessons, and you get your own track for the parts that differ, like scripts, compliance and how you get paid.

How much time does it take?

About three to four hours of video over the 90 days, plus the workbook and your practice calls. Most of your time goes into calls and conversations, which is the point.

Do I have to attend every live session?

No. Attend your first one to start your 90 days, then come back whenever it helps. Sessions are recorded for enrolled students.

What if I don't get a deal?

If you complete every required activity on time and have no pending or funded deal in your 90 days, request a full refund within 14 days after. Read the full terms.
